Beautiful crystalline dress. The nose does not reveal itself from the outset, it is first discreet and then opens onto fresh hay, pear, chalk. The mouth reflects well the fresh exposure of this hill, with a very mineral expression and firm and frank tension. A wine all in elegance that will satisfy the desires of freshness and lightness. Domaine de La Meuliere Chablis Premier Cru Fourneaux Chardonnay will be served, from the youth and for 10 to 12 years, with delicate entries such as puffs and compound salads, as well as the noblest seafood and crustaceans.
