Wine Enthusiast Review
Rated 91
BEST BUY
A classic nose of pear and lime zest unite in winning fashion with aromas of cherry blossoms and wet stones. The lighter-bodied Pinot Gris then kicks in with blazing acidity to match its flavors of lime zest, papaya and a mildly sweet coconut note. This wine is a crisp and refreshing value at $20.
Wine Tasting Notes
King Estate Willamette Pinot Gris presents a bouquet of floral scents, including honeysuckle and jasmine, complemented by hints of ripe Asian pear, lemon, grapefruit, peach skin, and honey. Delight in the flavors of Bartlett pear, Meyer lemon, white peach, kiwi, honeysuckle, and damp slate on the palate. The texture is rich and full of fruity notes, showcasing impeccable balance and harmony. The lively vibrancy on the palate culminates in a revitalizing and enduring finish.
